If you don't hear from a program by Dec 15, then I'd start to worry. Also keep in mind that if you haven't heard from a program, then they haven't turned you down yet. If the program didn't want you, then a rejection letter is sent out..
Some programs send out invites late into November.
This is still early in the interview process. I didn't receive the bulk of my interviews until Mid-October.
