Someone posted a while back -- I think it was jot -- that the first batch of apps was to be transmitted on July 8. Last year when they put a date after your schools under date transmitted, all it meant was that they'd transmitted very preliminary info about you, like your name & contact info, to the schools. And the fact that a school didn't have a date didn't necessarily mean that no info had been transmitted. Maybe things will be more logical and orderly this year, and then again, maybe not.
