I know the 1st generation just came out but is there any rumor of a possible relase date or any info at least about the Apple ipad 2nd genertaion.

Why didn't Apple announce prior to the initial launch that a 2nd generation ipad would be available within a few months...

Was this a serious question? Why would you sell a product and say a new one is coming out soon? Nobody would buy the first product.

I am still disappointed though cause the iPad2 did not have the retina display. The good thing about it though is Facetime!
