When will the next batch of UC interview invites be sent out? Anyone got information on this for UCI, UC Davis, UCLA, UCSD, UC Irvine, or UCSF.
Thanks
Thanks

I got put on hold too. Still no UC interviews, but not expecting many, if any. Sucks to be in mediocrity like I am.
UCLAstudent said:Well, if anything, this process teaches us not to expect ANYTHING. And don't worry about the UCs. They are slower than the other schools and their interview season just barely started. It is far from over! 👍
Medikit said:Maybe On Hold at UCI actually means we are part of an elite squadron that they are selecting for a special experimental medical school where they teach new medical theory gained through Nasa's interdimensional travels.

dogbyte said:You sound bitter. I got put on hold at UCI today too, and I have 9 interviews (Duke, Yale, UPenn, Cornell, UMich, UCSD, NW, Wake Forest, and UIowa). What's even more perplexing is I'm an undergrad at UCI and a few years ago they accepted 26 of us. I haven't been doing too well with the UC's though. Got my interview at UCSD after being placed on hold. UCDavis has had my application for over six weeks. Do you think they're more selective with giving interviews early because they're on rolling admissions? The UC's also interview a significantly fewer number of applicants than the Ivies.
