Where are Calif Ob PGY3 positions advertised?

Hi all
I'm currently an Obgyn intern in the midwest. My hubby and I are planning on moving to the SF/Bay area in the next year as he's a tech entrepreneur and the Bay Area is his mecca.
Considering its too late to move for a PGY2 position, I would like to consider moving next year (PGY3). Is there a site(s) where vacant PGY3 positions are advertised, or do I have to approach individual programs?

Try the CREOG Clearing House on the ACOG website. That is the most comprehensive database of open spots. You can also try forums as well as AAMC's www.findaresident.com

CREOG and Resident Swap are very good sources for ob/gyn openings. If you need to move to a specific city, call every program there.
