I am ideally looking for a place where:
---I can study for a solid 6+ hours
---minimal financial requirements (without having to order a feast to justify my sitting there)
---temperature control (air conditioning in the summer)
---that is quiet
---that is available in the evenings (better yet overnight, but I doubt I'll find that)
So far, I know about MIT Libraries and Tufts Tisch Libarary which are open to the public. Are there any other great spots you know about for studying in or near Cambridge or Boston?
Places I don't like for serious studying:
--Dunkin Donuts, Panera Bread, Starbucks, South Station and similar - too many distractions.
--Libraries that close early.
--Places where I'm not clearly allowed to be. (See post about study group friend who nearly got charged with a felony for studying in our food court late in the evening. Before that, I was fine going wherever. Now I'm kind of spooked.)
