Where can I apply for research grants?

I am doing research with a prof on HIV in Africa and I would like to go to Africa for winter break. However, my school only provides grants for juniors to do international research. So I was wondering, do any of you know where I could apply for independent grants?

Not really. Most research grants for undergraduates are school-specific. You could try looking for related grants, such as ones for research in general or for international studies in general.

I don't know, but I heard from somewhere that Rotary sponsors international research. Does anyone else know about this?
