Only other option is ebay and pay an arm and leg for it. I saw one sell for $113.
I waiting for mine to come in the mail. I purchased it from Abebooks.com for around 30 dollars (can't remember the exact price). It is taking a while to ship (about 2 weeks). But you can buy the expensive fast shipping.
