Where can I get the book "First aid for the usmle step 1/2" or its PDF version ? whatever version it is!

Pretty much any book store sells those books. You can also get them online. You can check auction sites for people selling them used, but it's not very expensive to buy new (around $30, I think), and it's probably best to have the most up-to-date edition.
