Has anyone seen that thread which A. Caveman posted recently?

*poof*

i deleted it. see my thread on deleting other threads. jalbrekt even wrote a eulogy for that precocious thread of which you speak.

Sorry, I don't believe you. I only believe in things I can see. Perhaps, if you could undelete it...

here's proof that i refused to believe until i saw it myself (i'm still holding out for God).

go to your first post of this thread and click the edit button. then on the upper left you'll see an area for "unposting" your post.

after you unpost it it'll say that since it's the first post, all the rest are deleted (does not make sense logically, but i guess the computer hooks it up so that all posts are connected to that first one--i'd call it a programming error, but it's probably on purpose).

PS. "goodbye thread" nobody will ever see this again. <img src="graemlins/laughy.gif" border="0" alt="[Laughy]" />

PPS. jalbrekt: and the edit function is to reply to people who've posted under you without having to post again. also..it looks like i predicted your post.

Yes, but if I delete this post, then there won't be any proof of my questionning the existence of the other thread in question. And it's the act of questionning that matters. Simple metaphysics.

i "pondered" that myself before deleting my post (my baby). but i figured that trying to figure it out and doing it was worth more to me than having other people know that at some time i attempted it. HA

besides, how am i supposed to wait until i SEE God to believe he exists if i avoid taking that final step to try and see Him (acid)

...If somebody deletes a post that nobody else saw....was it really there in the first place?

...If a post falls down in the forest and nobody is around...does it make a noise?

...To post...or not to post...that is the question!

katiep, when i first began to post my reply to this, i wondered if you would leave it there anyway, and were just laying down the bait for me..but i figured it would be fun to post anyway.

posts that fall in the woods do make a noise, whether people see them or not

i have seen the light. There is a Go---oh wait it's just my dad waking up

Hey katieP I saw your post about columbia....did it work? Just wondering, good luck!

sorry katie I would have pm you but I couldn't find one for you....did you go to columbia undergrad? I thought they gave preference? I don't know still learning everyday in this process can't wait until the pain goes away...

Yeah, Columbia undergrad. But no luck this year. Still a handful of days left, though.

What I'm really hoping, trout, is that they have already accepted me without interviewing me this year, since they interviewed me last year and remember me anyway, so that I'll get a nice thick envelope in a couple of weeks. Hmmm, should I hold my breath?
