My accumulative undergraduate GPA is a 3.8 and my science GPA is a 3.7.

Taking the MCAT at the end of July, studying for it all summer and taking a prep class. Theoretically, saying I do above average what are my chances? Stellar performance? (I have 3 months of study time)

Volunteering/Shadowing
Volunteered as an interpreter for a local clinic for those who don't speak english. (Spanish is the language) 200+ hours. Volunteering is weekly and will continue.
Shadowed a Dermatologist for about 30 hours and then a glaucoma specialist for 60 hours.Shadowing is weekly and I can get more hours if need be.

Research
None-

Employment:
A large reason for my lack of research is I have worked throughout college. I work full time over holidays and work part time on and off during the school year when I go home as a leasing consultant. I've rent apartments from the day after graduation up until now.

I really don't want to leave Texas, I want to stay here. I don't need to shoot for a top tier med school, but most in Texas are difficult to get into.

Where would y'all recommend me to apply in Texas based on this knowledge about me? What sort of shot do I have for getting into a medical school such as Texas A&M, UT San Antonio/Galveston, or the Texas Tech medical schools?

As a Texan, your chances are best with the TX schools. But forget UTSW, Baylor and UTH. Do include TCOM.
