General Where should I study for undergrad?

Hello I’m from Thailand and I want to know whether I should study medicine in the Uk or Us if I had received fully paid scholarship.

ps 1.I want to ask you which is easier
2.If I returned to my country later which choice will suit me most
3. If I were to study in the states what premed should I major that I can find job with only that degree if I failed the mcat

I have finished my high school and is considering to go to uk or us or even Thailand and I don’t have much time left for deciding lol

I think your school system is more similar to the UK than the US, right? So it is probably much easier to go to the UK or similar systems (like HK, Singapore, etc.).
