Where to find residency match lists for individual schools?

Everyone keeps saying how important match lists are when deciding which schools to apply to or attend, but where do you find these published? The NRMP website has useful information, but its all about from the perspective of the residency programs and not medical schools.

Does each school publish their own (if they even choose to do do) or is there someplace where it's all put together into one big PDF?

I don't think there is such a centralized list, and some schools post it on their websites, some don't. I believe there was a thread here dedicated to that that was started right after match day
