Where to look for tips to become new hospitalist?

I just finished residency and want to take up a hospitalist job. I want to know if there is a good website to learn more about hospitalist work? Does any one know any good place to look for tips to become a new hospitalist?

hmmmm, you remember your inpatient ward month. well, thats your job right there. minus the interns to write the notes for you and the medical students to do the dirty work. but at least the pay is better than housestaff and you get more than 4 days off a month
