Where to present research poster at? school's undergrad conference or regional?

If you have the option, then presenting at the regional conference would add more luster to your application, as presumably your project would have to go through a selection process by committee/peer review before being included.

presenting at a regional conference will look better on applications and give you more networking opportunities. I hate networking, but it surely came in handy after my last conference.

I would not list presentations at my own undergrad or any intra-college presentation on my CV or any application.

Yes, obviously. But it's not going to hurt. You also get to practice your presentation skills.
