Hey guys,
I'm 2nd year undergrad majoring chemistry/biochemistry.. Right now, I'm wrapping up my first semester of 2nd year in college, and I took a mock MCAT today..(sponsored by Kaplan)
I got V=7, PS=7 and BS=10. I haven't studied for MCAT before (I didn't even know what I was tested on or what's on MCAT), but even considering that the score was lower than I expected. (Considering average MCAT score for those accepted to med school is around 30)
I have so far taken 1 semester of O. Chem, 1 semester of general biology, 2 semesters of physics, 1 semester of inorganic chemistry (I took AP chem in high school) and 2 semesters of English..
I would really want to get 36+ on MCAT because the school I really want to go has average MCAT score of 36, but I don't know where to start... Am I getting worried about this way too early or too late? What did you guys started when you guys are preparing for MCAT?
Thanks in advance for your advices.
