Where to start?

I am very interested in military medicine but there are so many threads here I am not sure where to start. I've already done the pre-med classes, MCAT, shadowing all that jazz. Could anyone please post helpful links or the best threads to start with?

take a week and read through all the threads and links to threads at the top of the board that begin with the word "Sticky"

On top of that, I would suggest taking a good look at exactly why you are interested in military medicine. If you join for the wrong reasons, you will be unhappy. Conversely, if your reasons are good, you will enjoy your time.

Pay attention to the things people complain about. Rarely does someone just make something up. They posted those negative comments for a reason, and you want to make sure you are not surprised by anything.
