I'm currently starting up a modernized boutique family / urgent care practice in the so-cal area. For those of you guys that started your practices already, where do you guys usually network to find partners to do your start-ups... residency mates, conferences, family recommendations, investment classes... lol

Where in the so cal area? Set up my private FP practice here out of residency about 2 years ago.
