Which address should i list?

So two of my former employers who will write me a letter of rec left their old positions to do something else. If I list the old organizations' addresses then I'm afraid their letterheads will not match up. They gave me their home addresses for mailing things, but I don't think I should list that on AMCAS either. And their new office addresses I can look up but it makes me look sort of stalkerish (I call it being efficient, but whatev)?? Plus if I list their new positions it doesn't make sense because I didn't work for them there...I really have no clue what to do. Please help.
