I've been perusing through the forums the last couple of days, and i've noticed some of the largest discussions being about job market saturation.

I suppose for the sake of discussion, which areas of pharmacy do you think are growing, or least saturated, or least undesirable to your average joe pharmacist?

I heard geriatrics was pretty booming lately.

Thoughts?

Pharmacy Business, like 340B, purchasing, contracts, purchase, compliance and reimbursement
Low demand but even lower supply. However, high reward, high pay, and average stress. More often you are in position of power when engaging external and internal customers.

For the jobs that are least saturated and most widely available, retail.

Areas of pharmacy that seem to have the most in demand (from my perspective within the fed government): rural pharmacist (inpatient / outpatient; general clinical), correctional health pharmacist (e.g., staff pharmacist in a correctional facility), pharmacists with decent management skills/experience.
