Which matters more? BCP or Science GPA?

I have a really high BCP GPA which is currently around 3.65 and my science GPA which includes my engineering courses,,, is 3.45.
So.. i would like to know which BCP or Science GPA matters more...

I think science GPA and cumulative GPA is what they really count on

My BCP was crazy high as well lol 3.9
