Which meeting should I go to?

I will be starting internship soon (ophtho in 2006) and have five days of conference time. I was wondering which conference would be the most useful one to attend: AAO meeting or ARVO? Or are there any others that would be more helpful before starting the PGY-2 year? Thanks!
