Which NBME/practice exams to take in the latter half of dedicated

DO student, middle of the pack, my goal is a 240, happy with 235. UW1 was encouraging, but I know it tends to overpredict. I have time for 3 or 4 more practice exams given my current schedule on cramfighter. I plan on saving UW2 for the week before. What other NBME's should I take? I want to have them be as predictive as possible and not ball-busters; I also want to minimize overlap from the 18/22. Is saving UW2 a good plan?

NBME 19 (8 weeks out) 370/200
NBME 22 (6 weeks out) 450/217
NBME 18 (5 weeks out) 470/221
UW1 (4 weeks out) 239

Who knows what the predictiveness of newer exams is? They have more lenient curves tho.
