Course plan 1:
Graduate with a 3.7 cgpa and 3.67 a gpa and start masters for gap year after I apply

Course plan 2: graduate with a 3.67 cgpa and a 3.6 sgpa and finish 75% masters by the time I apply

0.03, let alone 0.1 will not make a big difference when it comes to GPA. If you have a solid 30+ MCAT, then you have a good chance to get interviews somewhere, especially with a masters degree on the way.

I suggest plan #2
