Which post bacc programs offer a guaranteed seat in the dental school if you perform well?

I have heard some schools like Creighton will guarantee a seat in their dental school if you maintain a 3.5 and 17+ on the DAT, any other schools do this? And when do you start applying to post bacc programs?

I think tufts has a joint acceptance program with their postbacc program and dental school.
