Which program MPH or MHA

I am foreign medical grad MBBS, passed My USMLE step 1 2 3 and CSA. could not get residency . I want to pursue my career in Helath care . I donot have much information regarding MPH or MHA except what i collected from internet. If i want to pursue in hospital management what should i do MPH or MHA and as i hav all medical background ,how difficult can it be to do my masters in administration and which of these has a better outcome? Moreover when it comes to income which of the branches of MPH are more productive also comparing MHA?

a MPH in health management and a MHA are essentially equivalent degrees if they are both accredited by CAHME.
