Which PT schools in U.S are recognized in Canada (Ontario) ??

Hi,
I was looking at some backup schools in U.S. that I can apply besides Canadian ones due to high competition.
1st question: Do all U.S school are recognized in Ontario when writing PT License exam (private, public) ?
Which schools would you guys recommend applying ?
2nd: I was looking though some U.S. schools, and it seems like all of them are offering Doctoral of PT, how come they dont offer Masters of PT like in Canada?

Also, are there any PT schools in U.S which do not require Physics and Chemistry as prerequisites ?
