Which Residencies are Most/Least Competitive?

I am looking for an updated list of which residencies are most/least competitive. I haven't seen one for many years. Thanks.

The most competitive residencies dont change much from year to year.

they remain the surgical subspecialties (ent, uro, ortho, plastics, etc), derm, radiation oncology


the least competitive now would have to be family practice which has had a gradual decline over the past 5 years and now fills less than half of its spots with US grads and has a 76% fill rate. IM and Peds also are not that competitive due to the large number of positions but they will have a large disparity with it still being competitive at the top tier programs.
