For those of you with secondaries, were there any specific instructions regarding the LORs, such as having the letter writer include your AMCAS ID# on the letter itself?

You should always do this just as a pre-cautionary measure. It's just safer to include your SSN and AMCASID on every LOR.

It's a good idea to include your AMCAS ID on all correspondences with med schools. It's the easiest way for them to match things to your file.
