which specialties have the highest percentage of IMGs?

You're quite prominent on the boards nowadays prominence. To address your question, I think it's important to look at IMG residents today and what fields they're in, b/c a lot has changed since 30 years ago when our uncles arrived here and effortlessly jumped into what today are ridiculously competitive specialties... e.g. ENT, Plastics, CT Surg, etc.

That said, the bulk of IMGs are in the non-competitive fields... ie. IM, FP, Peds, Psych. As a general rule, the # of IMGs in a particular specialty is inversely correlated with the competitiveness of that specialty.
