Just curious which specialty has the least # of procedures which insurance/medicare/medicaid does NOT cover. Some fields that come into my mind:

    Plastic surgery - all cosmetic
Dermatology - all cosmetic; any others?
    Ophthy - laser vision correction

Are there other fields? can you rank the ones listed above?

Dermatology's not all cosmetic. At least not for my insurance. There's skin diseases, warts, skin cancer, scalp problems, etc that are mostly covered, I think.

I would definately guess that plastic surgery is number 1.
