Which Stafford Loan Lender?

Below is a list of Stafford lender's that USC has provided me. They all seem to offer the same benefits so I'm not sure which one to select. Anyone have any recommendations? Which one are you selecting and why? Which ones should I avoid and why? Thanks!

Bank of America (ACS)
Dollar Bank FSB (Sallie Mae)
Education Loan Resources (MOHELA)
Health Education Solutions (Nelnet Loan Services)
Nellie Mae (Sallie Mae)
Northstar/T.H.E. (Great Lakes)
Student Loan Xpress, Inc. (MOHELA)

It seems like Access Group is a favorite here, but can anyone explain why?
NorthStar/T.H.E. sounds very appealing as well with their monthly credit of 1.3% that starts IMMEDIATELY when in repayment. All others offer 2%-3.3% only after 40+ consecutive payments.
