Hello! I'm a former NY resident (my family is all still there) and I moved to CA after undergrad. I switched my license and my car registration. However, then I went to graduate school in DC. I still have my car registered there and my CA license- because I am planning to return when I am done. Am I still considered a CA resident?

You'll need to check on the domicility criteria for the California schools on your wish list. If it's not clear from the university website, contact the admissions staff.
