Which subspecialties still don't require a fellowship?

  1. Attending Physician
    the only one that hasn't been round long enough that you can still grandfather into is brain injury medicine. (yes apparently this is now a subspecialty!) child, addiction, forensic, geriatric, psychosomatics, sleep, pain, and hospice and palliative medicine fellowships have been now around sufficient that you cannot grandfather into by the time you finish residency.
