goodafternoon! can anyone please tell me the meaning of PA that is physician assistance? what kind of job they have to do? and name of schools in america where i can do this course? please atleast somebody reply soon. :confused:

Just google Physician Assistant. Basically, PAs do many of the jobs that doctors do. The main difference is that you do not have the independence...all your moves must be granted permission by the supervising physician first. There are some limitations to drug prescribing as well. basically, you act as a sort of mini-doctor, helping keep track and take care of their patients when they are not able to (ie. like if you're a surgeon's PA then when they're in the OR you look after their patients). It's like being a resident for your life.
