Just out of curiosity, what well known psychologist did ya'll tend to like, relate, agree with when you started pursueing psychology and why? I tend to lean towards Ellis and Freud even though Freud was a little off the wall sometimes. But I do believe in the childhood playing a huge role in ones behavior as an adult. I like the staight forward CBT that Ellis implies also. Just the tip of the iceberg, but I would love to hear what ya'll were and are interested in.

Dr. Frasier Crane 😉

Nah seriously - I'm a Skinnerian myself.

i like carl jung the best, i really follow a lot of his concepts

Rogers and Jung

Dr. Phil...LOL. Actually, Freud, Klein & Winnicott.

Reading Oliver Sacks and AR Luria's books as a child sparked my interest in neuropsychology.

My favorites:
Carl Rogers & Abraham Maslow
