Who got the rejection letter from Upenn after interview?

Who got the rejection letter from Upenn after interview?

If anybody did not receive rejection letter after interview,
does upenn send us only alternate letter and acceptance letter?

I got the alternate letter from upenn, and I just wonder that I can have hope.
If upenn does not send us rejection letter after interview, I think that alternate letter is rejection letter....

I searched whole post last year, but I could not find post that alternate changed acceptance...

Waiting is painful..

Don't loose hope! A few of my classmates were called up from the alternate list as late a orientation, so hang in there!
