Who is familiar with the SCCO outreach and the newly remodeled clinic?

Is SCCO the only place that does outreach overseas? I also noticed that they do rotations in Japan...is this exclusive to SCCO or do other schools outreach to Japan as well?

Also, what makes the new SCCO clinic so special over other optometry school clinics? What were the improvements?
