Who should I get my LORs from? (2 choices)

Choice 1:
Dentist
Research PI (Bio research - also a Professor)
Science Prof
Extracurricular Activity Letter (from a club at which I was an exec for a very long time)

Choice 2:
Dentist
Research PI
Science Prof
Non-science Prof

I am sure I will obtain strong letters from either choice. Just wondering which one is better for my application though.
