Santa Clause. Merry Christmas.

well, i don't know why you writing a LOI. you should first, be writing 2 thank you cards.

the first one would be to the interviewer for a great conversation, blah blah .

the second one would be the adcom for getting the invite in the first place and you telling them you much you loved the tour.

LOI is usually if u get waitlisted... basically, it's for post-decision.

thanks for answering the question guys, way to be helpful

Ignore them, it must be one of those days...

I think it should be simply "Dear Admissions Committee:"

one more q,

I agree with addressing it to ad com comit. but can you email it to the dean of admissions and send a paper copy to admissions office. i thought to email so you know for sure someone get it.

any insights? ???

Dulop, have u been waitlisted at the school or did u just know it was the place for you after the interview??? I recently interviewed at a school and LOVED it. I am considering sending in a LOI but Im not sure if thats normal.

this question gets asked at least twice a week, searching the forum for answers would be helpful.

yeah I sent mine to the admissions office but if you have the admissions dean name and address- send it directly to her/him thru email or snail mail.
