who to direct letter of interest or intent??

Hey guys,

I was just wondering who you would direct your letter to? Admissions Committee? Interviewers? Dean? Dean of Admmission (there is just so many different people so I'm confuse) Also, do you give it to more than one person?

I was also wondering if one should email it or mail it?? 😛

I just called someone in admissions and he said to address it to the "admissions committee".
