Who was your role model?

Mine was Hawkeye Pierce. I ALWAYS wanted to be Hawkeye. Anyone know how to create their own gin machine?

MASH is an awesome show. Its one of the reasons I even bother staying up till 4am to watch the reruns they have late night on FOX.

To honestly tell you though, I don't think I have a role model. Never really found a person I wanted to model myself to. Tho Hawkeye's passion to help all people is an admirable trait I like to think I have. 😉

I agree, no one really. Maybe different parts of a LOT of people.

My dad, some of my teachers, a retired physician who talked to us about health careers in high school... but those are in terms of careers mainly.

Yes, his passion for helping pretty nurses out of their uniform and mammograms was VERY admirable =)

But yeah, I loved the way he operated.. screw feelings or protocol if it could save another person.

yeah. be it "ally" or "enemy" he respected the human life and what it entails to be a humanistic physician.

I know they had to contrast him with some of the characters on there like Frank/Margaret/Winchester.....but still they annoyed me somtimes haha. But then again if they can do that to me then they did a good job portraying their characters.

I do not want to be Frank Burns I can tell you that haha.

I think you can buy the MASH kits for gin on line somewhere. Maybe on e-bay?

I always liked his red robe.
