Who would you interview from the news?

I was curious about why they ask this question / what they're trying to learn about you. So far, I've been honest and said something along the lines of "Every once in a while I have the urge to interview a politician and ask them 'is this really what you believe, or is this a political game for you?' However, if it's the latter, I don't think I would hear the truth anyway."

Cynical, but that's who I am. How have other people here handled this question?

I have never been asked this question.

But it will be Nagasawa Masami.

1) Moving from gravure to actress is difficult, and only few make it, in addition, its difficult for a girl to succeed in relatively male-dominated Japan
2) She seems like a nice character in her interviews and talk shows and so I believe we can connect well.
3) I am a guy, single, with abundant testosterone.

I always wanted to answer this at an interview, but never got a chance. =)

As a joke reply I would probably ask Scott Brown, how much he thought his sex appeal helped in his senate race.
