whom to ask for a LOR

so, I have already asked two of my science profs to write me letters. now i need two more for the AADSAS and I dont know whom to ask for. so here is the list of ppl im thinking about asking for.

1. this heart surgeon I have known for 3 years. I have seen several heart surgeries he did.

2. my techinical writing teacher I have known for ~1 year (getting her doctor degree in english in this august).

3. my dentist ( he is a dental student tho)

I know all of these three people personally well. whom of two should I ask for the LORs?

but dont most dental schools require at least one LOR from a non-science faculty?

the only thing with #1 is that I don't know if it would look to adcoms like you were interested in medicine and not dentistry..
