Seriously, there are a lot worse bodily orifices to scrape things off of than the mouth - and that is something I took into consideration when I choose dentistry as a career.

nothing wrong with it. and if you say "ohhh i just loooooove teeth" then become a hygeniest or offer your services for rock bottom price so you only pay off overhead.
