Why can't I access secondary for U-Chicago?

I finally got my essays composed, and was about to get 'em typed into the boxes, but the link on their website doesn't work!

Anyone else having same problem?

maybe the computers in that university was shut down....I know some campuses closed today because of the horrific incident
