Im not sure what you mean by "parts 3 and 4" but im guessing your 3rd and 4th eyar (ie clinical years). I wouldnt do it all there but definitely at least one rotation) Why?
1)British clinical training in the art of H&P is superiour to US (in virtually every US hosptial, even the best)
2) its fun
3) less scut work and call hours (more time to study and see the world
4) see the world.
