Why is Kap Step 1 Qbank subscription full of glitches ????

    First of all..
    I bought a subscription that wouldn't start for 3 days...
    And then it takes 2-3 days to renew it.. even though my account is debited..
    The Qbank interface isn't user friendly..

    AND I COULD HAVE LIVED WITH ALL THAT TROUBLE BUT NOW......
    ....My subscription was supposed to end AFTER 4 days from the time I write this...and I was gonna revise all the Questions which I had problems with again in that time !!
    But today morning I wake up and see my subscription has Vanished !
    I tried contacting the phone listed but I couldn't get through...I sent multiple emails and haven't received even a single response yet !! Wtf Kaplan ?
    I expected your services to be more professional !

    PLEASE REPLY fast... my exam is in 2 weeks.. I am screwed !! :'(

    Get in line, the kaplan qbank is littered with problems.

    Damn I am so pissed !
    My exam is so near and all my stuff is gone :'(

    I know me too, mine freezes every 15 minutes and I have to shut down and restart. Its also down with any storm that hits the eastern seaboard. Waste of money and I can't return it

    Yeah...and their Customer Service is non existant..
    Well, Atleast you can open yours intermittently...
    Mine was supposed to expire after 4 days..
    I still had the 2 comprehensive tests left to do and I had a ton of Marked questions...which I cant even access anymore


    I emailed and called em to no avail... No reply or solution offered..

    KAPLAN EMILY ?? KAPLAN MEDICAL ?? KAP FRIEND ??

    I think there are 3 Kaplan Reps in this Kaplan Medical Forum... You guys should be sorting this out ? My subscription hasn't expired but I cant see it anymore when I login !

    Got the subscription back..lost all my data...got a brand new one..
