Why is Kaplan qbank so slow!!!!??????

After finishing Uworld I started doing kaplan qbank and I noticed that it is soooo slow. Does anyone else have this problem?

yes.... its actually faster for me to suspend the test and resume it.

Yeah and whenever you get to a 2-part question or a media question the screen suddenly shrinks. They really need to refine it
