If it's in general like PharmCAS's which go to every school you apply to. If it's for a supplemental for that school and you have specific reasons for that school, spell them out. If you're interested in a particular school, show them why.

Yea, u can always direct to the individual school in its supplement essay. No need to target the specific in your ps.
